Dr. My Hoa Kaas

Dr. My Hoa Kaas has been in private practice in Northern Virginia since 2000. She completed three years of advanced reconstructive foot and ankle surgical training as well as a research fellowship in Seattle, Washington. Then she completed an orthopedic traumatology fellowship in Naples, Italy. She is Board Certified in both Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery and Foot Surgery. Dr. Kaas was selected to serve as a medical examiner for the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ABFAS).  She is a Diplomate member of ABFAS and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Kaas served with the Cripple Children’s Project in the Yucatan Peninsula. She also completed the prestigious Microsurgery and Operative Endoscopy Training Institute in San Francisco. She continues to be active in the teaching and surgical training of podiatric residents. 

In 2010, she was honored by the International Association of Orthopedic Surgeons as a “Top Foot and Ankle Surgeon.” Additionally, she received the “Top Docs 2024 & Business Hall of Fame Winner” award for Best of Fairfax, maintaining this distinction for the past 11 years. She was also recognized as a “Leading Physician of the World” in 2010 by the International Organization of Orthopedic Surgeons and named “America’s Top Podiatrist” in 2012 by the Consumer Research Council of America.
